Light Poles

Poles are supplied in hot-dip galvanized steel as standard, in heights and base-plate designs matched to the fixture load and wind-loading requirement of the site, with octagonal, conical or decorative shaft profiles available for street lighting, area/car-park lighting and architectural public-realm applications. Poles are supplied with matching base plates, foundation bolt sets, access doors and internal cabling ducting, and can be finished powder-coated where a decorative or corporate colour specification applies. Solar-ready poles with mounting brackets for photovoltaic panels and battery compartments are available for off-grid rural road and site lighting projects, a relevant option across African markets with limited grid reach.

Infrastructure and municipal projects specify galvanized light poles for street and road lighting. Ports, airports and industrial sites use heavier-duty poles for high-mast area lighting. Construction developments and commercial projects specify decorative poles for car parks and public realm. Off-grid and rural electrification projects across Africa specify solar-ready poles where grid connection is not available or not cost-effective for the lighting load required.

Poles are supplied against a lighting design (pole height, fixture load, wind zone) and shipped with matching foundation bolt sets, sized for efficient container loading given their length. We coordinate quantities and phased delivery for large street-lighting rollout projects, which is common on municipal and rural electrification programmes across multiple African countries.
