Perforated Sheets

Perforated sheets are supplied in mild steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium, punched with round, square, slotted or decorative hole patterns at the open-area percentage the application requires — higher open area for ventilation and filtration duty, lower open area where structural strength or screening is the priority. Sheets are cut and punched to the project's dimensional and pattern drawing rather than restricted to a fixed stock range, which matters for architectural facade panels and custom equipment screens where hole pattern is part of the design intent as well as the function. Edge margins, mounting hole positions and finish (mill, galvanised or powder-coated) are specified against the end use.

Perforated sheet is used across a wide functional range. Industrial plants specify it for equipment guarding, ventilation louvres and filtration screens. Food and agricultural processing facilities use perforated stainless sheet for grading, drying and sieving equipment. Construction and architectural projects specify perforated aluminium or steel panels for facade cladding, sunscreens and balustrade infill. Steel plants and paper mills use heavier-gauge perforated sheet for machine guarding and walkway screening, and packaging industries use it for ventilated equipment enclosures.

Sheets are cut and punched to your drawing and packed flat for container shipping, with quantities matched to project take-off for facade or plant-wide screening orders.
