A prefabricated building is a steel-framed structure clad in sandwich panel or single-skin aluminium/GI sheet, engineered off-site and erected fast on location. Structural System & Cladding Options

Our prefabricated buildings use a hot-rolled or cold-formed steel portal frame designed to the project's span, wind and roof-load requirements, clad with either insulated sandwich panels (PU or PIR core, typically 40–100 mm) or single-skin aluminium/GI profiled sheets over a lighter secondary structure. Sandwich panel construction gives better thermal performance and is specified for offices, labour accommodation and cold-adjacent buildings, while single-skin GI cladding suits warehouses, workshops and open-sided industrial sheds where cost per square metre is the priority. Roof and wall systems are matched with compatible flashings, gutters and ventilation louvres, and structures can be specified with mezzanine floors, roller shutter openings and crane-gantry provision where the end use requires it.

Prefabricated buildings are the default choice wherever an industrial or commercial client needs large covered floor area on a fixed programme. Steel plants and mills use them for stores, workshops and ancillary buildings around a main production line. We quote against your architectural or structural drawing (or can develop one from a brief) and provide a bill of materials broken down by shipment, which is particularly relevant on multi-country African projects where partial shipments and phased site mobilisation are common. Site supervision support can be arranged for first-time erection teams.
