Sandwich and single-skin sheets are the roofing and wall cladding profiles used across prefabricated and industrial buildings. We supply PU and rock wool insulated sandwich panels and single-skin aluminium/GI profiled sheets in a range of colours across the UAE, GCC and Africa.
Panel Types & Construction
Sandwich panels are supplied with a PU (polyurethane) or rock wool insulating core between two profiled metal skins — PU panels for standard thermal insulation, rock wool panels where fire-rated insulation is specified. Single-skin aluminium/GI sheets are a single profiled metal layer without an insulation core, supplied in a range of colours and rib profiles for roofing and wall cladding where cost per square metre rather than thermal performance is the priority. Both are supplied cut to length with matching flashings, gutters and fixing accessories.
Applications Across Industries
Sandwich panels are specified for insulated roofing and wall cladding on warehouses, cold-adjacent buildings, labour accommodation and office structures where thermal performance matters. Single-skin GI sheets are the standard choice for open industrial sheds, workshop roofing and general warehouse cladding where the building does not need to be thermally controlled. Both product lines are supplied as the cladding package for our prefabricated buildings and container house structures.

Sheets and panels are cut to your roof/wall layout and packed for container shipping, supplied with a fixing and flashing schedule for on-site installation. Frequently Asked Questions
PU (polyurethane) core panels give strong general-purpose thermal insulation, while rock wool core panels are specified where fire-rated insulation performance is required by the project specification, at a higher cost than PU.
Single-skin aluminium/GI sheet suits open sheds, workshops and warehouses where thermal control is not required, offering a lower-cost envelope than an insulated sandwich panel.
